Josh Koscheck created quite the stir during this week’s edition of “The Ultimate Fighter 12.” After exchanging a few insults with Tate, the male paramedic who Kos constantly badgered for being a “male nurse,” Koscheck laid his hands on the unsuspecting medical technician after he claimed Tate took things too far.
